For our Late Sister Amina Amilu – Fundraiser by Rafeeqee Foundation

Assalamualaikum warahmatullah wabarahkahtuh

May peace and blessings be upon you all.
Few days ago, we lost one of our beloved Sister (Amina Halilu) who passed away after a brief illness on Friday, August 5th, 2022 (May Allah have mercy on her soul and grant her Al Jannah Firdaus) Ameen.

Amina was a loving mother of five, a wonderful Mother to our orphans in her care, a sister to many and truly inspirational for all that knew her. She leaves behind a truly impactful and Incredible legacy, dedicating her entire being to the helping of others. Amina Halilu, always ensured she put others first, remaining a vibrant leader and motivational person in her community and in the lives of so many. She will be dearly missed, but her beautiful actions and selflessness will forever remain present in her place insha’Allah

On behalf of our beloved sister, we wish to fulfill her wishes by beginning the process of paying off any debt she might have left behind during her illness and looking after her family. The sum collected will serve as a fund to assist Amina’s husband and children with transitioning in this new chapter of their lives. Additionally, a portion of the sum will be used to make a charitable sadaqa jahriyah contribution on behalf of Amina

Sister Amina’s positive impact was felt by so many, yet as a true servant of Allah she never asked for anything in return. She was a very active member of Rafeeqee, she was our regional project Executor for Adamawa state. She was a committed member and always there to discharge her humanitarian service.

We ask that you contribute to this cause and continue to keep Amina and her family in your duaas.
May you be rewarded for your generosity and contributions, and we sincerely pray Allah SWT accepts Amina into the highest level of Jannah (Paradise).

On the authority of Abu Hurairah (ra) that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: ‘When a person dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: Sadaqah Jariyah (a continuous charity), or knowledge from which benefit is gained, or a righteous child who prays for him.’
